Pause is an online Mental Health platform founded in 2021. Since our inception, we’ve done more than 2000 sessions, providing more than 125737 minutes of empathetic, actionable & customised therapy to hundreds of clients.

With Pause, users get matched to experienced psychologists practicing varied schools of psychology. All our psychologists have more than 5 years of 1-1 session experience & are trained to work with clients on themes including but not limited to grief, trauma, anxiety, relationships & other psychological concerns. The matching is done via a proprietary algorithm & on the basis of a discovery call with our CCO, Aditi.
