We are looking for a Junior Psychologist to be a part of our growing team at Pause, a Mental Health startup on a mission to provide effective, empathetic & holistic mental health care accessible to the world. To help us, we’re looking for a psychologist with a Masters in Psychology with 0-2 years of experience in the field of Mental Health.

- Organise information effectively.
- Gauge a basic diagnosis for clients based on based on information generated in the form a report
- Communicate effectively & empathetically. A large part of this role involves handling a lot of communication between Pause, our clients & our psychologists. You are at the centre of the organization, constantly interacting with all the moving parts.
- Develop, maintain & process documentation. We’re developing and optimising processes as we grow and you’ll be required to help with the same.
- Work across teams & with other people.
- Effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities.
- Take initiative & act with agency.
As an early member of our founding team, you'll be ****working closely with the founders, the Chief Clinical Officer & several experienced psychologists. As a result of that, you’ll be able to :
- Develop your skill set further by interacting with over 200 prospective & existing clients every month.
- Participate in supervision from psychologists, who are experts in the field
- Participate in closed group workshops by expert psychologists for skill development
What you’ll be working on
- A large part of this role will include coordination of sessions between Pause, our clients & our psychologists. This would mean managing reschedules (if any), making & sending invoices & helping
- Analysing our Mental Status examination & using our algorithm to be the Sherlock Homes of mental health by doing a basic diagnosis of the client. This will also include creating the report for the client & communicating it to them.
- Creating case files & coordinating with the psychologists for regular updates.

- Client & therapist briefings
- Case Discussions
- Peer Supervisions
- Upskilling workshop organisation
